Where are the good walkthroughs? I'm stuck near the end of the first mission. Elevator won't go down (EA says go down). Help!!!

Well first off, to get the elevator to move, everyone in that area has to be dead. Then you have to press the use key on the button on the side of the elevator cage to go.
