bomb threats

there was a bomb threat in my school, we went on lockdown.

to me right now my school is a fucking joke, does anyone know the precedures for ''checklist'' for evacuated a school? or the procedures that the administration has to follow once finding or receiving a threat. I looked around google, all the shit was outdated and retarded

thanks...

anyone else?

I think it's up to either the state or the individual school. Although I always though they were supposed to get you out of the building ASAP, and very far away while they call the police.

Tomorrow, my teacher told me, that our school is having an "intruder" drill. Which should be delightful.

rolleyes:

PS: If you really want to get some information send a letter to your county police chief or which ever one your school is in, or go to the office and ask them about their procedure.

well for bomb threats, i thought the procedure was exactly like a fire drill (Get everyone out). It's when a gunman or a dangerous stranger is in the facility that you have to go into lockdown.

They're just preparing you for the coming police state.

GET READY TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back in the 80's, my buddy called in a bomb threat to the school. The reaction was nothing like it would be these days but it was funny none the less for the times. Now a days it's nothing to joke about. -1 for him if he does it again !

my school has like 2 or 3 bomb threats a year, a cop or principal just come to our class's and tell us to go outside

Maplegyver 05-18-2005 10:13 PM

weve never had a bomb threat. or a drill for anything but fire.

When I was in 8th grade someone lit a firecracker and they went into lockdown for hours. They even offered counseling to those traumatized by the event eek:
