iPod problem
 

I have a problem with my iPod. I installed all the software that came with the iPod, but when I plug it in to a USB port (2.0) on my machine, it gives me "Do Not Disconnect" with a little rotating gear in the top left of the screen. What's that problem?

There is no problem. Do not disconnect, and wait 'till its done updating (I have a Shuffle)

iTunes is not detecting the iPod.

Is this a brand spanking new one? Did you format it with the iPod updater software?

iPods are good, i might get one, but creative's prices are alot lower nowadays :)

I have an ipod shuffle and have yet to have a problem on it. Fuck buying some 2536124gig one, waste of money. As for your problem i would imagine that you need to install your software or maybe mess with your USB drives.

creatives are for the poor, weak and low.

an ipod shuffle? wtf, why didn't you just squeeze out 50 more dollars and get a 20 gig? its WAY more worth it.

or atleast some speakers that you can hook up to your mp3 player..sound cubes..wow

Ok ipod-iacs, Uncle Arkan is thinking of getting a 20gig ipod with that bose speaker/docking station setup. What do you lil' professionals think?
