Maybe it's a bad source pic, or maybe it's just me... but it doesn't blend well at all and has a poor feel to it all togather.
The text isn't great but it could be much worse. The best I can say is that the blends are in good order because we cannot see through any of them.....

I think it's just a bad choice of source pic.

not bad but the cut doesnt look brilliant. and maybe a white background wasnt the best choice.

i think its great its doesn't have to be 'clean' cut to be good rough and original is > clean stylez oOo:

use your anakin vader one or i'll spank you to the dark side
