Need a link to a GIF tutorial
 

I'd like to try my hand at making some animated GIFs. I've tried google looking for a good tutorial but I'll be damned if I can find a decent one. I did find one once but I forgot where it was. Any help would be cool, thanks guys.

Thanks for all the links. But really what I should have asked for are tutorials on how to make gifs like the ones in the gif thread. Ones using scenes from DVDs, those links and the ones I've found don't really cover that. But maybe those links you posted could come in handy because I have photoshop with imageready.
