Circuit City Customer Services SUCKS....
 

So the wife and I get off work from Staples today and head down the road to Circuit city to buy a portable DVD player for our upcoming trip tommorow to a family reunion(8 hour drive). I hate going to stores in my work clothes because people see Polo shirt and khakis and think Associate It happens all the time to me.

Anyway Jess and I are looking at one and just discussing whether to get the service plan etc... and I turn to look for a associate. I dont see one so I kinda walk around and look and this guy is sorta walking at me and milling around. I see a couple associates walking towards us and suddenly this guy who was looking at home stereos walks right in front of me and says all pissed off like

"DO YOU ALWAYS JUST WALK AWAY AND IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS, NICE SERVICE BUDDY!!" and turns around like billy bad ass trying to ignore me and play the part of pissed off customer. He hears me say "Sorry dude.." and continues to walk away then freezes when he hears me yell to him "I work at STAPLES Bro, not here...You come to my store Ill hook you up with some customer service, but I dont even work here im just shopping" He turns around feeling like a complete jack ass and says "oh my god I am so sorry I feel so embaressed..Im sorry!" and like literally fast walks out the building, past two or three other "real" associates. happy:

Im look at the other associates and im like " god damn im getting yelled at and I dont even work in the damn place"

A new circuit city opened up by us and it has really good service actually.

Meh thats cause its new. They opened a hollister by me and i swear there were 20 people working there for the first 2 weeks, everytime i turned the corner "HEY WELCOME TO HOLLISTER!" over the loud fucking music and bad lightning. Im like k now im angry your the 100th person to greet me. Some people even greeted me and my GF 3 or 4 times. The same fucking person 3 or 4 timesd, what did they forget what i looked like?! I wanted to go fucking nuts. Now when i go in there i get no help haha.

our store is all about customer service..we dont have that many employees I think the most workers we will have in the store at once is 7 that includes customer service, all 3 dept., copy center and cashiers.

ROFL theres a Britches in the mall by me....well 30 mins away in woodbridge.

And Abercrombie is the biggest rip off store on earth. Aeropostal has good cloths for cheap prices. Hollister is ok and American eagle is good. Pacsun is also fucking ridiculously priced.

Plus 99% of them are clueless, just take a dander into dixons and ask some questions about pc's with words that sound technical, you get a blank stare followed by them screaming and running out of the store. Then again thats probably a world wide trait that most can relate to.

Hollister is the gay cousin of abercrombie. Yes, alot of gay guys do shop at abercrombie, but 2/3's of guys who shop at hollister are gay, or extremely metro... real facts here people
