My single player does not work do your know why?

I read someplace else that there might be a patch but I don't know what that patch is do you?

I just got Medal Of Honor Allied Assult over the weekend and have found it so fun. If I can play it in single player than I can play it more.

Last night I went on www.ea.com and went into help. It told me that I needed to change the internet settings in controll panel so that the internet didn't connect without you connecting it. So it wouldn't auto connect.
