or a pulled muscle...I pulled a rib muscle 4-5 yrs ago...

pure death and nothing they could do, they just wrapped my ribs up with ACE wrap and gave me some pain pills. I fell like somebody kicked the ever living shit out of me every morning when I woke up.

i had the same problem once, and every night when i went to sleep when ever i took a breath i would hear a clicking noise, but after about two weeks the pain goes away. man did it hurt to breathe

my friend coughed so hard he dislocated a rib...

God took one of my ribs :(
