BUT! hes saved by his body armor, pops back up instantly, takes cover, finds the now wounded insurgents, handcuffs him and treats the insurgents wounds.

yeh we just call them Insurgents.

No wonder hundreds of these insurgents get killed, they don't know how to use a gun. They should all know by this point that every US soldier wears kevlar, and considering the guy was standing still and they were in very close proximiaty they should have aimed for the neck or face.

I'll tell the "insurgents" how to use a gun..point the barrel at their own head and pull the fucking trigger.

Depending on the gun, the bullet couldve gone through the kevlar. Kevlar isnt really that great against bullets. So, if they used a 7,62, the bullet couldve very well gone through if it had hit him straight on, and not at an angle.
