Logo Copyright stuff...

So I wanna make a few custom t-shirts for personal use through a website that screenprints, not to sell, but I'm kinda using stuff that is probably copywritten, is this gonna be a big deal you think or should I be alright?
I mean people sell ripoff stuff on ebay with no problem right? And thats profitting while I'm not even doing that... I'm probably just being paranoid, but any info or opinions are appreciated
Specifically these 3...

Should be fine....There isn't any reference for logos to know if they are originals...

You might have a hard time trying to print the Nike logo or something as obviously plagarised, using a third party - But those logos don't look familiar to me. Should be alright.

I think you should be OK.

I had 30 of these printed for the NBA playoffs from a pro screen printer, and they didn't balk about the copywrite infringement. I didn't sell them or anything, I gave them away to my friends.

Thats about 1/4 size. Make sure your artwork is 300dpi and done right (vector is better). I used these guys for my printing:

They're in texas. The guy was very good with communication and they're ridiculously cheap. There was one delay, but I still got my shirts in about 2 weeks. I'd recommend them.

Ja, create your logo in a vector imaging program like Freehand, etc, and save the final as a postscript - Then turn it into a PDF to make sure you won't have any compatibility issues. You'll also get the finest quality as well..... Do one copy in CMYK and one in RGB also for compatibility reasons....

(When working with Postscripts/PDFs you should print in seperations to make sure your colours are okay and where they're suppose to be - You don't want a yellow layer merging with a blue and coming up green on the top - Trust me, It can happen depending on what inks are being used on what substrate - I had a vital assignment nearly scrapped entirely because of that.)
