adjusting brightness in BF2 demo
 

how? my monitors brightness and contrast is already set 100, all the shadows in the game are pitch black, it's annoying.

I find it hard to see stuff in buildings but you could disable dynamic lighting and the indoors are without shadow, easier to see people.

Not sure how else you brighten things up tho, try fiddling with your Advanced Display settings, like Gamma and stuff.......
