How? Save the video as a mp3?

I forget what I did, some virus infected program I downloaded when I was like 10... I just saved the wmv or whatever as an mp3.

Still nothing?

only thing I can think of is:

take the video > open it up in adobe premier or windows movie maker

find the scene of the sound you want

cut out the video and keep the audio

save the audio as .wmv or something. then convert that using a program called Goldwave, thats what I use.
