insomnia owns me, did all the recording and editing in one night

ya, after recording in fraps, the videos were over a 100 MB each somtimes even 2gigs, get this program called, virtualDub open your videos in there, then under "video" go to compression , and find DivX and select ok, then under File, save as AVI, it will save it for like 5MB or so does it really fast to, wellf or me anyways |
my videos (recorded with fraps) always look fucking choppy... how do you make them so, well... smooth ?
