okay on my moms comp everytime you switch users or sign on or off the firewall never stays on. and seeing how my mom can barely run a computer se never turns it on even tough ive showed her how to. but anyways. do you know why it would keep shutting off. and how do i make sure it stays on?

it dosent matter sinc the MS firewall does nothing

Turn it off and download/install zonealarm firewall (its free and 600x better)
