I did the configurations for gaming, and its pretty good, but the site does warn you that it wont work for everone.

all it is, is your shuting down some of the service settings that run in the background of your pc.

try it out if you know what your doing.

seems to be the same thing if u just type in msn config

disabled alot of things, went from 44 to 21 processes, when I didnt have a gig of ram, and I did this, I didnt get anymore 'low of virtual memory' warnings.

i think it does kind of the same thing but without having to go thru and manually do it ... not sure what all it does but ive noticed a difference just using desktop apps... it also has a internal restore type deal that you can use to restore if you think youve fuked something up.
