Red Cross Treating Wounded Insurgents to Free Hostages

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4184026.stm

since the insurgents arent classified as a regular army , what gives them( the red cross) right to treat wounded terrorists, i understand that innocent jouranlists where rescued , but taking insurgents thru U.S checkpoints that are set-up to find and capture insurgents trying to move from area to another , is uncalled for no matter what the reason.

do you know what the red cross did in the balkans war ? they used ambulances to transport weapons and fighters. i dont think a medical charity should be treating wounded terrorists.

I don't know about you but I couldn't watch a man suffer from a gun shot wound, even if he was shooting at me 5 minutes prior.

Also, the red cross in the Balkins was an isolated incident. Don't drag the Red Cross' name in the dirt because of it.

they do it ( cary weapons and fighters) in the west bank also. if you they going to be neutral then they should stay that way all the time , not when its convient for them. it wasnt an isolated incident eek:

So staying neutral is only helping Americans eek:

Indeed. Just because they're the opposition doesn't make them any less human.
