2. We will contact the Trusted Partner who has leased the instance in question to the offending clan and request that the clan is immediately moved over to a non-Ranked server. This clan should not be given an opportunity to lease another Ranked Server from said partner, as they have too many avenues of coordinating exploitative actions.

3. If said clan continues to have access to a Ranked server, we will be removing the IP of offending server from the validated list shortly after contacting the Ranked Partner connected with them.

Please keep in mind we are not holding the hosting partner responsible for the actions of these clients. Also note that the tools we need to employ if we reach step 3 may impact other clients you are hosting. Because of this, we do ask that each partner works to ensure that clans/groups that engage in this behavior are removed from your clientele. We have 'busted' a few servers already and those partners have been exceptional in their response to correct the errant behavior.

Notify your clients that if they are running their servers in the manner described above or in any manner which could be questionable that they must cease such actions and run pure servers. Please forward any reasonable questions your clients have to me, off list, and I will reply.

I've never seen stat padding, unless the Blackhawk thing is stat padding.

i dont quess the black hawk thing is stat padding, but it is gay imo. wtf is the point in flying around capping a point, that point is retaken by the opposite team, and you fly back and take it again ... over and over and over .. it kind of defeats the purpose.

plus, i seriously doubt the blackhawk is meant to be used to fly around areas you want to attack and hover there hoping to rid the area of enemy, and fly off ... im pretty sure its a transport vehicle... move guys from a to b then return to a.

I is so easy to get alot of kills when people do the Blackhawk thing and its of people. They keep spawning in it and I keep taking them down with either support class or sniper class

a blackhawk filled with a good squad is awesome, you can rule the map

The Blackhawk thing is a good thing for both sides...I mean for the most part they hover low and from expeirence I've gotten dozens of kills in rounds from launching M203 rounds or Gp30 rounds into the open doors and getting nearly the entire crew killed besides maybe a gunner and the pilot.

I commend them for it. These clans are putting ranked servers up Just for the purpose of growing their e-dong by padding stats, then getting all the unlocks etc. If they want to do that do it on a Unranked server. Ea is giving the rank to servers to be used in a certain way. you dont like their TOS then GTFO.

Earn your Knife and Pistol Badge...dont ghey it up on some server like that. I got my pistol, knife, and ordinance badge all on the Karkand map. Yea I went like 12-19 trying to get the knife and like 15-17 for the Pistol badge but I earned it running at guys with MGs, hunting snipers etc not playing on some gimmick stat pad server.

Heres how I got my ordinance. Play as MEC on karkand and whore the shit out of the claymores. yea some nub TK's will happen Just spawn in the closest spawn to the americans and spam claymores in the openings to the fence where americans alwyas run through.

the other night i saw snipers whoring claymores like mad ... they were just running up to an area with a lot of enemy , setting them , then taking off ... it looked like they were racking up quite a few kills doing it too.

Ordenance, Pistol, and Knife are all pretty easy. (I lost my vet knife badge for some reason.) The one I can't get at all is the commander badge.
