is there any way that you can modify a weapon. like make it shoot faster or have more rounds.

yes try searching for the JEDI MOD
its very cool but can be realllly cheap with weapons like the shotgun b/c u can make it semiautomatic with infinte ammo ( just think a semiauto shotty and clicking the mouse button 15 times in 3 seconds= rooms of dead players who never had a chance)
