lol, I can't wait until all that stuff is ported over into Battlefield 2.

no fucking way i'm buying it. i really don't care if it's good, but the fact that they started working on an expansion before they released their buggy game is enough for me.

I agree, they better fix BF2 to a point where it is bearable instead of working immediatley on an expansion. Fuck EA Games and their retarded deadlines.

it wont be too dark or too ugly this time around.... from what i read on the steam forum it looks like theyve adding a bunch of new shit that might actually make the game even leeter... smoke nades, rifle nades, etc.

I really wish they'd fix this one first.

Just as of now whenever I press 'Join Game' nothing happens. No message, no error, I click it and nothing happens, tryed diff servers, empty ones, even full ones, net connection is fine, no programs running in background...... WTF!?!?!?!!

Not gonna do much but Imma try running the patch again, ffs, as soon as I figure out 1 problem a new one comes along with BF2.
This new patch better bloody end world poverty or do some fuckin good or I'll be severely pissed off, like, even more.

Any ideas?

Update: well BF2 didn't want to uninstall, so i've deleted the EA Games folder and everythin to do with BF2. So I go back to install it and it can't.

Just loads CD up, click install, logo pops up, looks as if the usual windows install window is about to come on and POP! it disappears.

And no I'm not going to reformat. fuck!

You have to clean out your registry too, do this:

Go to Start > Run > type in Regedit

Then choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software

and find and delete the DICE folder.

I actually searched the totalbf2 forum and did exactly that acid, cheers. heres a link for future ruffurunce if people need a clean un/install.
