I`ve been saving on this for some time with my shit job, she`s wanted a good camcorder ... and since her birthday is thursday im picking it up from best buy, i hope they have it... if not i`ll go to frys... i have about 800 on me

you dont see to many DVD-R -RW/+RW camcorders around, why not look for a camcorder with the DV tapes? either way, to add menu's and stuff you will still have too upload to a PC. It looks a little bulky too.

but it still would be a nice gift.
