I understand why you would be pissed off. Flying boats on Omaha beach would ruin the experiance. But I heard that this error only happens when you patch the game and then load a saved point before the patching? Hope thats true.

If it comes un-patched, then EA is going to totally piss me off.

If it dont come patched then it would make zero sense. We have had a large delay there has to be something special to make up for it. Unless of course we get it in our DVD style box and the delay was packaging or some other poo.

Even if it didn't come with the patch, now that the UK version will be released, so will a 1.1 UK patch. So don't worry.
