USB Saga Continues, Any Hardware Buffs wanted
Ok, heres the problem: It seems to be a short circuit. When I plug the stick into a computer I know works, the "green arrow" indicator dissappears. Then, after I take it out, nobody elses stick will work. There seems to be some sort of melted gel at the back, beneath the indicator light. I, my dad, and my IT teacher have looked it over with a magnifying glass, and there were no broken connections. Anybody else has this issue?

Perhaps stop fucking up other computers and get a new stick.

Seriously, either RMA it or buy a new one.
Probably just a shitty flash drive. |
I am going ot buy a new one, however, theres important stuff on there....
|
give it to a tech support (compusa? maybe even a photography store?) and have them run data recovery programs on it
|
oh okay thnx
|
remember to stop it to in the hardware thingy... If you just yank it then it will not only short out, but corrupt the files in it.
