Memory leak?

I'm not extremely versed on the innerworkings of a computer, but recently (like once a day) I'll find it has shut itself down and then when I reboot, it says some crap about a memory overload type thing. I have good anti-virus and anti-adware programs so I'd assume its nothing like that. Anybody have an idea? If not I guess I'll have to try a system restore..

Did you try and bust a ryhme with the computer present ?

"This could be a possible problem, Windows tends to crash when exposed to dope ryhmes.".

If you're OCed, turn it way down.

[url=http://www.memtest86.com:f35ab]Download memtest86[/url:f35ab] and run it, it will tell you if there is anything wrong with your RAM.

If that passes, then it's software that is causing it. Firefox has a minor memory leak that peaks around 400mb but it wouldn't cause your computer to reboot and give you an error message. It would just be choppy for a few seconds until it returned to normal.
