Computer help!
 

Ok, so i can sign onto my account, but my parents cant sign into theirs. They dont have a password on it.

Problem: They click on their name, the screen starts to change, then it goes back to the menu.

Any help, or advice will be greatly appreciated by my whole family.

Who is the admin. Try logging into your account and then look at their account to see if something looks funny. Then stomp your foot.

Thats another reason i don't have multiple users on my comp. There always seems to be problems with that sort of stuff. Time to build your own laddy.

try loggin in with the Administrator account... chances are there isnt a password on that account if you or your parents built the computer. if you bought if from say dell or someone, they mightve setup the Admin account before hand and supplied you with the log on details in their documentation.


:if you are able to log in as Admin go change the account settings for the people who cant log in in the control panel... maybe set a password for each.

I am the admin, and i set passwords for the accounts that werent working, i'd try to log in on those accounts and all it would do was go back to the menu.
