man, overkill. That baby's got 4 fan vents. mine runs just above room temp, and the body is cool to the touch. After 6 staright hours of gameplay.

if there were any decent games out for it that would be worth it.

PGR3, DOA4, Quake4, and of course you can always play halo 2

quake 4 is a very crappy port of the pc version.

doa4 will be ok but again nothing major over doa3/ultimate.

and halo 2 i can play on my xbox with out it fucking up as it does on the 360 which emulates it.

Yeah there have been some issues with overheating, and plenty of other things (just like there is with any new console), but as far as I've heard, there hasn't been many issues: 3% according to MS, but I doubt its actually that few.

Exactly why I'm waiting until spring this year to pick one up. By then, there'll begames like Splinter Cell 4, Oblivion, Halo 3, Fable 2, etc. to pick up along with it.
