More internet problems
 

Ughhh, so fuckin annoying. Cable is still slow. Not only that, but I installed Internet Security / AntiVirus 2003. I can't uninstall it and it's blocking a shit load of my sites. I tried just about everything, and it won't uninstall because it requires a supervisor password.

Try to reinstall Norton again over the top and dont choose supervisor password. the problem is norton is more than likley corrupt so once you reinstall norton uninstall it and then reinstall again and that should fix it.
