I've been using Finale software for a few years now and it's had that feature integrated into it. It's alright; you'll get a series of wrong notes every so often.

The newer versions of Finale, 2005 I think, are pretty good with the recognition. Finale Notepad might even include the scanner feature now but I'm not sure. I doubt it.
