there is no excuse for this, there is no such thing as an "accident" when using a firearm. 1 ALWAYS be aware of your target and what lies behind it 2 NEVER point a weapon at anything you are not willing to destroy its that simple, Ive had pellets fall on me while hunting (if someone shoots in the air about 50 yrds away the shot will "rain" on you) but that is way different. He shot the guy. I wouldnt want him in my hunting party |
