Yeah, sure it was stupid of him to break the rules 4 times, really stupid....but I think the rule itself is stupid. I think the only people that should be punishing citizens for marijuana "crimes" is the government.

Only crime stoners/potheads commit is sitting at home smoking weed while drunks go out and get in a wreck killing a few people but yet its legal.. eek:

I have smoked while blazed but I waited a solid hour after I smoked. It's basically like you're driving really tired. Nobody who smokes is going to be totally out of their mind on the road because they know if they fuck up they'll die, so they focus. People, even when they're not on any drug drive a little out of it, or they're not totally paying attention to the road, they're kind of driving on instinct. So that's what you do when you're baked. I'd trust a stoned person who just smoked over a drunk driver.

It's not Ricky's time to try to change policy here. He's a player that has signed contracts and knows the rules. He knew what he was signing up for and he should be aware of his actions. Fuckin' ban his ass. Great message for the kids rolleyes:
