A WOMAN stabbed her husband because he bought her cheap flowers on Valentine’s Day, a court heard.
Toni Young, 28, grabbed a kitchen knife in a row with husband Gary Hall. As they struggled, she thrust it into his side.

Stephen Winberg, prosecuting, said: “She was angry with the victim for buying inferior flowers.”

She was spared jail after the judge heard he had taken her back.

Young, of Dagenham, Essex, admitted unlawful wounding at Snaresbrook Crown Court, East London, and got a two-year community order.

If it was the other way around, the guy would have got locked up even if she had taken him back. I've never hit a woman, but if one stuck a knife in me I'd kick her up and down the street!
