Check out this email I just got from my wife:

"We just had to call 911! There was a guy doing a balancing act walking
the median beside the Queensway close to our building. Then he ran
across the Queensway to the other side and walked back throwing stuff at
cars and acting totally crazy! Now he's doing his balancing act again
walking along the top of the concrete median yelling at cars and peeing
& throwing his arms up yelling and screaming....very scary!"
