The book is merely an anti-globalization rant. On the same level as FAST FOOD NATION.

If you want a true read based on globalization pick up joseph stiglitz's Globalization and Its Discontents..guy was the leading economist for the IMF and saw what globalization was doing to the world. He won the nobel prize for his work.

Just pitching in on what everyone thought was the best read on globalization...this guy saw what was happening due to his work at the IMF. Something that Klein and Friedman both were not able to witness.
