i just found this shit today... you can also use the ibook while closed and disply on the extended only... pretty hot.

its like running dual displays in xp ... it just allows me to extrend the display over onto an external monitor. the small ss is the ibook display and the 2nd is a 19 monitor ... both showing the same desktop. i just move the mouse to the edge of the ibook display and im on the 19 monitor.

this is a standard feature on the power books but has to be patched on the ibooks.

Think so, i think any pc laptop can do it as well.
