The "best" and "Jimmy Fallon" don't tend to mix...he honestly was probally one of the worst SNL cast members, ever. He'd basically ruin every skit by laughing all the time.

i think hes one of the best ... great impressionist, close to dana carvey. i like him quite a bit.
