I'll keep it short...

Problem :
CD-Drives and USB Hard-Drive don't show up in my computer but the CD-Drives show up in the BIOS, the other thing is the external drive shows up when I turn it off but when it gets switched on it disappears. ( oOo: )

So what the fuck is going on?

Have you tried uninstalling them and then reinstalling them and the drivers?

I may be an IRQ conflict. What OS do you have Win98 by any chance?
