anyone here ever play the first god of war? This is my first time even seeing abit of the game. Looks damn good though. I haven't played a decent adventure game since zelda on the 64 loney:.

The trailer didn't say which platform that this was going to be released for but im assuming it's ps2 considering that the original was also on ps2.

original GOW was good, but IMO it was more flash than substance. Personally, I prefer other action games like DMC, and NG, but I still enjoyed the original, and will be looking forward to its sequel. Its a danm shame if they are making it for the PS2 tho, id love to see something like that on the PS3.

GOW was awesome

in this terms of action...Devil May Cry is BY far the best action game for PS2 and the best action game in the history of videogames.

Dante must die mode...that shit is INTENSE

never played DMC, but I really enjoyed GoW, it was the only game I've ever played on a PS2 besides GTA

No. It was sort of like, a third person action/platformer. With puzzles to solve. I loved GoW, so I seriously can't wait for this one to hit the PS2.

DMD mode is one thing that bothers me about the game. Just the way they set it up, i mean seriously, the dudes take like a million hits to die. Still fun tho. I prefer hard mode over it tho(or very hard in the special edition). Its really difficult without being so hard its cheasy.

surprise surprise! My sis just went out and bought a ps2! I'm thinking about picking up gow but, it's a single player game and the ps2 is always gonna be in her room n shit so im on the fence. Should i wait for gow 2 or go ahead and get gow?
