Same idea as prepaid 529 plans for college.

Chances are if those people would have invested that money in the market, they would have done just as well.

On topic her in the uk fuel is around the 97 pence mark so if you convert to us $ it's about $2 lol

Gas itself costs about 3 cents a gallon. Say another 5 cents for refining. And say another 5 cents for shipping and retail. The rest is taxes. GG Government annoy:
