heh, when they made the models, they made the nude skins, then added clothing to them...by default, when you take off all of the armor/whatever, you are only supposed to see the undergarments (bra/panties, underwear). Some dude made a mod that takes out the undergarments and viola, this started.

The ESRB has already slapped on the M rating instead of the T due to the nudity, case over.
