It's an old UK tv comedy show. Tell em buttocks!!!!!

There was one that made me laugh so hard, that beer came out my nose. There was a guy walking down some back alley, and when he gets to the end a mob of people in costumes go after him and the guy runs all freaked out. There had to be at least 100 people in costume following this guy ... I thought it was hilalrious.
