I just want to see what everyone has to say about the realism mods out there. I am a hardcore WW2 buff and was slightly dissapointed at the proformance of some weapons in MP. My main complaint is when playing FFA on some maps it just bcomes a sniperfest eg destroyes village, crossroads. And other maps become shotgun/SMG battles eg southern france, algiers. Since downloading the CKR Realism mod I have noticed that people use the rifles and machine guns more, not to say that those are the only things used ofcourse. I just feel like the CKR realism mod does the game justice by balancing the weapons more historicly(not like I actually fought in the war but from what I have studied) and is worth a try, Thank you to the developer!

Does everyone have to be using this mod?
I kinda like snipers though...it's fun sneaking up behind them and pistol whipping them. ------------------ http://members.shaw.ca/t.rowe/sgtwolf.jpg |
I like the realism mod too, easier to kill the quake fewls who run around like idiots. Then again I'm a fan of games like Ghost Recon...

I love CPR/CKR realism mods, however I wish someone made weapons even more realistic.
I dont like playing normal unmodded Mohaa on MP servers, because all it is SPAM SPAM SPAM and not much else. |
when i host, and that is quite often,i always use the ckr realism mod. i have found that it offers the most(in my opinion)"realistic"gameplay so far!now if only someone would make that damn "shoulder your weapon mod"i have been lobbying for http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/wink.gif...then i would be in heaven!!look for my objective or team play server.
