I have this unwatned person who keeps my land line phone line, how can i prevent this person from calling?

break their fingers...

get call display and just dont answer the phone

go out on a date with them...u never know, they just could be "the one".

you can call the phone company and file a complaint with them about the number. apparently they can track and record how many times they call and such and if its excessive, can report it to the authorities.
