Windows Keeps crashing
 

ok, for as long as I can remember. Any movie I have on my HD's seems to make my windows crash. but only movies that are at least over 100MB big

say if I just click on a movie and highlight it... the folder will become unresponsive OR everything on my desktop will disapppear, folders, icons, even the task bar. but it all comes back within a second or two.

do you know why it does this?

it might be the player...or the fact that it just sucks up system resources. It happens to me when i use a certain player, usually winamp for the larger files. try using a DVD player program. those work real well for larger files
