i'm moving into my own, new house.. four bedrooms two bath, pool, pool table, foosball, and possibly a gaming computer soon... my dad moves into the house next door which is a little bit bigger. it's all pretty sweet.

the house im in now is 4 bedroom one bath and being sold for $389,800 i think.. after it's sold i finally get a car/truck.

sweet deal, man, thats awesome. is your dad going to let you live there for as long as you want? that pretty much solves more than half of your lifetime money needs. graduate from college, get a job you love, and save that money.
