I was playing on HMsibera v1.1 tonight. Started to lose control of my gun(fire suddenly, aim up. aim down,switch weapons). I thought must be the bug everyone was talking about. Then the Omaha map started. There was a player with no name, floating by the north bunker just in front of the about 5 meters out from the slope ( or falling very slowly) shooting his pistol. Saw him do this three times. Got a screen shoot from the bunker but can't reall tell that he's floating since he was below me when i took it. IS IT A BUG OR NOT?

This isn't a cheater. This happened to me on 3 different servers today. It has to do with the lag I think.
