moizilla firefox problem
 

i installed the recent updates of firefox and restarted the browser and it's causing my screen to flicker (bouncing up and down). I uninstalled it/reinstalled it and it's still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

version 1.5 eng btw

what kinda monitor do u have, i dont need a make just a type, crt, lcd etc.
also how old is the vid card and anything else you download or MIGHT have dl'ed?

the new firefox is for whites only.

sniper i dont think it has anything to with the lcd screen or the video card b/c it works fine when im using ie explorer. Oh yea btw, i switched to my default firefox skin from an add on so that just may be the problem.

ok after uninstalling/reinstalling for the last 2 days, i finally figured out what it was. It wasn't the update, it was (of all things..) the default theme being used. It must be corrupt on my pc or something because it worked before i began using other themes. Thanks for the suggs though
