I don't know about other people, but I get free webspace with my ISP. I've never used it until now. I just activated it and uploaded that one pic and linked to it.

Check with your ISP, most have at little a little webspace free for you when you sign up.

You could probably also do it if you, or a buddy, has an ftp server that's always up.
