Rev in Park or Neutral?
 

Do you rev your car in park or neutral? Does it matter which one you do? Why?

No because reving your engine is fucking gay.

I like to pull next to cops and rev my engine; in a mini van. but since my car died. i havent.

what do you need to rev the engine for? You obviously have a auto trans if you have park, so you don't really need to rev the engine unless your doing a neutral drop, in which case you'd need to be in neutral, however i don't recommend this maneuver.

Or if your racing, you would probably want to rev in neutral, because putting the car in park to rev it would be retarded.

you should never rev your engine because there is no point unless your car is a beater pos and you need to do it to keep your car started

Well I never do it but my friends with standards do it in neutral cuz well park doens't exist.

I saw a guy get pulled over ang ticketed by a cop once because he was sitting at a red light and did it.

i rev it to hear the engine sound and exhaust sometimes..but i usually do it in N.

I usually floor my car in neutral for about 2-3 hours straight.
