I feel bad for the family, BUT I have yet to hear any reports to whether or not it could have been prevented like the previous FF incident.

I do not believe that to be true. If it is an ACCIDENT then thats what it is. I think there is more hatred from the Canadians towards Americans then the other way around (by far)
