Convert now or pay tax
The Mujahedeen Shura Council, an umbrella organization of Sunni Arab extremist groups that includes al Qaeda in Iraq, issued a statement on a Web forum vowing to continue its holy war against the West. The authenticity of the statement could not be independently verified.
The group said Muslims would be victorious and addressed the pope as "the worshipper of the cross" saying "you and the West are doomed as you can see from the defeat in Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya and elsewhere. ... We will break up the cross, spill the liquor and impose head tax, then the only thing acceptable is a conversion (to Islam) or (killed by) the sword." Islam forbids drinking alcohol and requires non-Muslims to pay a head tax to safeguard their lives if conquered by Muslims. You are exempt if you convert to Islam. |

lol everybody search the internet for the most extreme view on religion and post it in here

Yeah, there are plenty of muslim countries that tax people of different religions. Muslim countries aren't exactly stellar examples of human rights advocates.

that E-ticket ride to hell is a kicker. |
Christians used to tax non-believers as well. I think they still would if they could get away with it. Rather than trying to do so, they managed to become tax-exempt, which is in my opinion, just as retarded. Muslims are stuck in the past because living in the desert means you cant bang blonde volleyball players.

no, they are tax exempt because of the way in which they benefit society.
|
Bah, extremists.
|
but it's not only the extremists, many countries STILL TAX PEOPLE. It's a serious human rights issue here.
