Restarting

Today I noticed a terrible thing in the mirror: MJy double chin is beginning to re-emerge. So I decided to start 'running' again, only to find that I habve gotten very out of shape at college. What is a good exercise to sort of ease myself back into a regular exercise conditon?

I've already started doing a lot of jumping jacks, 70+ every few hours. Anything else I could do?

Start walking 30-45mins per day. Then after a few weeks add in a few minutes of jogging, so that your walking for 10minutes, then jogging for a couple, then walking for 10, jogging for a couple, and so on. Then reduce it so you're walking for 9 and jogging for 3, walking for 9 and jogging for 3, and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on.

take some Winstrol and Superdrol, drink 2 gallons of water a day, and start lifting weights.

This guy was on a Winstrol-only cycle, with Superdrol added you'd have much better results.

Before:

After (9 weeks):

try going to the gym, on teh cardio equipment. They'll often give you advice and give you a personlised program, to build you up.

just run. dont go for a 5k run right off the bat but go and jog/run for about 15 minutes at a time take a break for a minute or so then do it again.

i love running so thatd be what id jump back into. ive been thinking about buying a bike though since running in the winter leaves me feeling like i have pnemonia.

running is sooo awesome. that feeling of being pushed to near death and coming back from it is the best reward i think ive ever gotten. so addictive for me.

Sounds like you do the same type of cardio I do: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I almost kill myself everytime I fet on that treadmill with the interval training I do:

1 minute warm-up

5 minute jog (50%)

1 minute run (80%)

5 minute jog (50%)

1 minute run (80%)

5 minute jog (50%)

30 second full sprint (100%)

I'm absolutely toast by the time I finish....but I love it. oOo:

I hope you blow your head off the next time you clean your rifle.

And by 'rifle' I mean 'penis'.

Ok, for starters.....

You're probably eating like shit living on campus. I suggest cutting out all soda and substituting it for water. Next would be "enriched flour". Cut that out of your diet......which means no bread. And start jogging. You're only a kid so a 1-2 mile jog isn't going to kill you. You'll have to run at least 20 minutes. Run 4x a week and stay away from shit food and you'll see results quickly.

ive read you can eat bread (and i have been), just eat "whole grain" bread.

'Whole-grain bread (read the label and make sure the first ingredient is "whole wheat flour")'

:i eat it like a crazy fuck, sangwiches, toast, etc. i eat sarah lee whole grain bread. i also eat whoel grain pastas. which might not be a bad idea for a campus living guy. i usually make a container of it at the beginning of the week and eat from it for at least the week. instead of snacks, ill have a small bit of the pasta. sometimes replacing a whole meal ( usually lunch ) , with it. Another thing that ive been eating the shit out of is "diamond unsalted almonds". they taste fucking awesome, and are a good source of the "good" fats. Research the almonds if you like. ive read that eating around 30 almonds can act as a replacement meal. i just snack on them when ever i feel hungry through out the day, or when i dont feel like making myself something.

if you plan on running check running mag sites for meal ideas. i think they suggest moderate protein, high carbs, moderate fats. itll make it easier on you and make your runs more productive.
